Cuba Libre


2 oz Dead Parrot Silver Rum

4 oz Coca-Cola (see note)

2 Lime Wedges


Squeeze the juice from one lime wedge into a cocktail shaker. Add rum and Coca-Cola to shaker and stir gently. Pour all ingredients into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the second lime wedge.

Note: Coca-Cola made with real sugar is preferable for this recipe.
