Ingredients
2 oz Schultz Vodka
1/3 cup of Blood Orange Juice
Splash of ginger beer
pomegranate seeds
1 sprig of fresh mint
Directions
Mix vodka and blood orange juice and pour over ice in a highball glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint.
Note: To balance out the citrus taste, you can add 0.5 oz of St. Germain (elderflower liqueur).
